Solomon’s Ujamaa Center Provides FREE Motherread/Fatheread
Early Reading Program with FREE Books and Bookcases
SAN BERNARDINO, CA— The goal of parents, teachers, students, and society should be that all children succeed in obtaining a good basic education. In order to achieve this goal, children must come to school ready to learn. One way to accomplish this is to take advantage of the Motheread/Fatheread program at Solomon’s Ujamaa Center.
The program empowers parent with the skills to ensure their child is able to read and write before entering kindergarten. The program is offered at No Charge to parents, grandparents and foster parents, and consists of an 8-week Parent/Child bonding class using the Motheread/Fatheread Model. Upon completion, parents receive a Certificate of Completion, and the child receives 3 new books, a beautiful colored sitting mat, a stuffed animal and a brand new bookcase; and you will be eligible to receive a brand new “Hooked On Phonics K-2.”
New classes begin September 18, 2013. Mention Code #71813 when you contact the center and you will receive a 4th book.
