What It Do with the LUE: Cynthia Renee Frazier – AKA Tech Diva

Cynthia Renee Frazier

Cynthia Renee Frazier

By Lue Dowdy

What up, its ya girl LUE and I’d like to congratulate Cynthia Renee Frazier for being recognized as a finalist for Woman of the Year. In honor of Women’s History Month, Assemblymember Eloise Gomez Reyes hosted a luncheon honoring amazing women of the Inland Empire. Ms. Frazier was honored for her dedication and activism in the community.

I use this column to highlight upcoming artists and entertainment happenings within the Inland Empire and beyond. I do my best to give advice as well. We are living in a techy world. This is an era where technology plays a part of everyday living. Social media is a must when it comes to promoting your brand. Cynthia has a way of making technology fun and rewarding. If you’re an artist, club owner, community agency or a business, tap into Cynthia for media tools and tips. I love and admire this Queen. We need more Tech Divas like her.

While most young ladies in their twenties were experiencing an identity crises or partying all night, Cynthia began her journey for adding tremendous value to humanity. She didn’t know it then, but when she became a peer adviser and mentor in community college, she was paving the way for what would become her life’s work and her legacy. She is very proud to be the first in her immediate family to graduate from college. Some of her finest moments in life are being among the youngest to have been elected to office, serving as vice president to one of the largest Girl Scout Councils, developing the first onsite learning center for a publicly traded corporation and becoming a grandmother.

Besides running her own company, Cynthia coaches small business startups and provides social media training for her clients and members of the Alliance. Reach out to Cynthia to learn how you can benefit from her vast business growth knowledge base.

To reach out to Cynthia directly, email her at TechDivasUncorked@gmail.com. Be sure and connect with Cynthia online at her Facebook page.

Until next week peeps! L’s!

By Lue Dowdy

The Talon Network is WHAT IT DO!

I always say how the Inland Empire (I.E.) is saturated with so much talent. Right here in my own backyard of San Bernardino I know of several gifted individuals, and one of those individuals is Lata Wilson.

Lata Wilson who was born and raised in the I.E. has launched his own network titled, “Talon Network.” This is something big. It provides opportunities for aspiring artists out this way, as well as all over. I’m totally excited for Lata and his team.

The Talon Network is a live streaming television network that offers 24-hours of original programming, in addition to individual productions for your viewing pleasure via tablet, cell phone or smart television. The network specializes in offering you unique productions that are developed with true artistry in mind without the slanted agendas and commercialization of other networks.

The company’s slogan is “Everybody’s Important,” and they stand firm on that. If you ever find yourself in need of any of the services listed above, please do not hesitate. Tap in now to the Talon Network at thetalonnetwork.com.

By Lue Dowdy

Belly Dance Instructor, Deeveatva Foy a.k.a. Zada is What It Do!

The art of belly dance is a very sensual and seductive dance style. It has a way of memorizing people, especially with the sounds of the coin belt which is typically worn by belly dancers. It helps improve muscle tone, increase flexibility and range of motion while achieving better posture and a new sense of confidence and self-expression.

My girl Deeveatva Foy is a professional belly dance instructor that has been teaching over six years. She currently teaches a class at Infuse Dance Studio located in the city of Riverside off of University Street. I’ve been participating in her class for about two years now and I absolutely love it. It helps me to stay fit while getting my sexy back. She teaches the class two different choreographed pieces once a month. Deeveatva has a unique style and a way with people. She takes her time with you and allow you to feel comfortable and go at your own pace.

Ladies if you’re looking for something different, I recommend this class. We meet every Tuesday night at 7 p.m. Help me wish Deeveatva Foy a happy birthday. For information please see flyer or contact Zada via face book. It’s okay to get yo’ shimmy on.

Until next week L’s!
