Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day with a Commemorative Peace March Program on Monday, January 15 at Victorville City Hall. The event will also feature a plaque unveiling ceremony to recognize the student winner of the City’s annual Civil Rights Memorial Essay Contest.
