Many of the B & G Club members (& others) ages, from middle school -to- high school helped to set up, run, & enjoy their Day for Kids. The many who had them clearly were proud of the word, 'volunteer' on their 't-shirts'.

On Saturday, September 21, the Redlands’ Boy’s and Girls Club held its annual ‘Day 4 Kids’ event. Check out some of the photos below:

Local clubs & other youth & groups performed on the entertainment program.
Denise Davis, Redlands Mayor Pro=Tem presents to B & G Club Sr V P, Mark Davis the Redlands City Council’s ” ‘Day for Kids’ Proclamation”.
However, INTERUPTED, BY ERROR! The major ‘attraction’ at this event, definitely was the climbing tower provided by people from the Department of Recreation, University of California, Riverside (ucr.edu). Kids patiently waited in a long line for their chance to climb this mountain.

Not everything involved ‘fun & games’…A team was there offering a vitally important service.
